Congress Floors & AIM Congress Gala Dinner

Morning & AfternoonAIM Congress and International Property Show — both platforms run concurrently at Dubai World Trade Centre. Delegates hold executive-tier access to both and move freely between them, with pre-coordinated meetings at the official meeting points.

Congress Floors & IPS Gala Dinner

Developer Site Visit & The Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai Reception

MorningCongress floors — pre-coordinated meetings continuing across IPS and AIM Congress.

MiddayDeveloper site visit hosted by a leading UAE developer. Delegates may instead remain at AIM Congress and IPS to continue floor meetings.

Evening · 6:30–9:30 PMThe Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai Reception, hosted by Dubai Ventures — the mission's flagship evening, with the Founding Sponsor stage programme.

Day 5

Thursday, September 10

Briefings, Private Meetings & Rooftop Mixer

Full DayA full day at Capital Club DIFC in the financial district. Briefings with the U.S. Consulate and U.S. Commercial Service, ADGM, DIFC, VARA and other regulators (in coordination). Founding Sponsors hold curated one-on-one introduction schedules and a private office; delegates have dedicated meeting space.
